Our fees, explained honestly
You deserve to know exactly what you're paying for and why. Our fees fairly compensate our carers for their time and expertise, and cover the care and administration behind every booking. Quality care, properly supported, costs what it costs.
Every family's situation is different, so the figures below are a general guide. For a personalised quote, complete our enquiry form and our director will come back to you directly.
What affects your fee
Rates vary by notice, number of children, time and day. Three or more children, or additional needs, are quoted individually.
For casual babysitting, billed in 1-hour intervals. Before & after school shifts also carry a 3-hour minimum, in line with employment law.
Deposits & payments
An upfront deposit is required for all bookings to cover administration. Your deposit opens your enquiry; the booking is tentatively confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our director, then finalised once the remaining invoice is paid.

How do I book a babysitter, nanny or carer?
Visit our Enquiries & Bookings page and complete the form with your preferred dates, service type and any requirements. Our director reviews every enquiry personally and responds within 24 to 48 business hours.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
Yes. An upfront deposit is required for all bookings to cover administration. Your booking is tentatively confirmed on written confirmation, then finalised once the remaining invoice is paid.
What qualifications do your carers hold?
All carers hold a current police clearance, valid Working With Children Check and First Aid certification. They're 18 or older, personally interviewed and approved by our director, with formal qualifications in early childhood education, nursing, teaching or a related field.
What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Full cancellation terms are in our Terms & Conditions. Maximum notice helps us support our carers fairly and, where possible, find alternatives.
