Our Fees, Explained Honestly
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you’re paying for and why. All our fees are designed to fairly compensate our carers for their time and expertise, and to cover the care and administration that goes into every single booking.
We take that seriously, because quality care, properly supported, costs what it costs. We also understand that care isn’t always linear. Every family’s situation is different, different children, different schedules, different needs. The guide figures below give you a general sense of our pricing, however for a personalised quote tailored to your specific requirements, please complete our enquiry form and our director will come back to you directly.
What Affects Your Fee
Fees vary based on the following factors:
- The number of Children requiring Care
- The time of day, and day of the week
- The length of the booking
- The level and type of care required
- Whether your booking is casual, regular or ongoing arrangement
Deposits & payments
An upfront deposit is required for all enquiries and bookings to cover our administrative costs. Payment a deposit opens up space for your enquiry, but your booking is then tentative confirmed once you receive a written email confirmation from our director. We will then invoice for the remainder of the fee’s, to finalize your booking. Prompt payment helps us keep everything running smoothly for you and your career.
Minimum Booking
We have a 3-hour minimum booking for all casual babysitting bookings. This is billed in 1 hour intervals.
Before and After School Care shifts also carry a 3-hour minimum, in line with employment law.
Casual Babysitting - Guide Rates
Our casual babysitting rates start from $37.50 per hour for us to two children, with standard notice. Rates vary based on notice period, number of children, time of day, and whether it falls on a weekend, or public holiday. For families with 3 or more children, or children with additional needs will need to be quoted.

How do I Book a Babysitter, Nanny or Carer?
Visit our Enquiries & Bookings page, and complete the form with your preferred dates, service type and any specific enquiries. Our director reviews every enquiry personally and will respond within 24-48 business hours.
Do I need To Pay Anything Up Front?
Yes, an upfront deposit is required for all enquiries and bookings. This covers our administration costs and opens up the enquiry and booking request. However, your booking is tentatively confirmed once you receive a written email confirming this and the fully finalised when your invoice is paid for the remaining fees.
What Qualifications Do Your Carers Hold?
All carers hold a current police clearance, a valid Working With Children Check and First Aid Certification. They are all 18 or older and have been personally interviewed and approved by our Director. All carers hold formal qualifications in either early childhood education, nursing, teaching or another related field.
What if i need to cancel or change a booking?
Please contact as early as possible if your plans change. Our full cancellation terms are outlined in our terms and conditions. We appreciate maximum notice so we can support our carers fairly and where possible find alternative arrangements.
