A small fee is payable upfront when you make an enquiry. It's how we keep our service genuine, personal and reliable - here's exactly what it covers and why.

Every enquiry is reviewed by a real person who personally matches a hand-picked carer to your family — that time and care is what the fee covers.
It keeps us for genuine families
We're not a time-wasters' service. The fee means our team's energy goes to families who are serious about booking quality care.
It secures personal, priority attention
It's what lets us stay a relationship-first agency rather than an anonymous app — real people, real care, every time.
Our placement guarantee: if we're unable to place a carer for your booking, we refund 15% of your booking fee. The fee is separate from your care costs, and submitting an enquiry doesn't guarantee availability — we'll always confirm with you directly.
