Every carer goes through a rigorous multi-step process — a personal interview with our team, police clearance, Working with Children Check, first aid certification and reference checking. We assess warmth, character and genuine suitability for working with children, not just qualifications.

We aim to confirm bookings within 24–48 business hours of your enquiry. Please note we’re not currently taking last-minute or urgent bookings unless a pre-arranged agreement is in place.

Can I meet my carer before the booking? ▾
For babysitting we don’t offer in-person meet-and-greets before a booking, but we send you detailed information about your matched carer beforehand. For long-term nanny placements, a meeting is part of the process.
