In 2005, Lia looked at the Perth Childcare market and saw a problem that nobody was solving.
Families needed trusted, realiable care, but they were being treated like numbers. Book a sitter, tick a box, move on. There was no relationship. No personalisation. No one who actually took the time to ask: who is this family, and what do they really need?
Twenty years on,that belief hasn’t changed. What has changed is everything around it! The breadth of our services, the size of our team, the awards on the wall, and the thousands of Perth families who have trusted us with the most important people in their world.
We’ve been there for date nights, work trips, FIFO rosters and long absences. For the school runs, school holiday fun and the days when you just need someone reliable to show up! We’ve supported esential workers through the pandemic, corporate clients through major events and solo parents through the daily juggle of doing it all.
We are not an app. We are not a directory. We are a real, relationship-first support service provider, and twenty years in, we are still here because the families we serve trust us to get it right every single time.

How do you select your carers?
Every carer goes through a rigourous multi-step process including a personal interview with our team, police clearance, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certification, and reference checking. We don’t just verifty wqualifications, we assess warmth, character, and genuine suitability for working with children. If a carer doesn’t meet our standards, they don’t join our team!

How quickly can care be arranged?
We aim to confirm bookings within 24-48 busines hours of your enquiry. Please note we are not taking last minute/urgent bookings at this stage unless we have a pre-arranged agreement in place.
