Full Event Setup & Pack-Down
We source and set up everything needed to create a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environment at your venue, toys, activities, games, and any equipment required. We pack down and leave the space as we found it.
Booking, Rostering & Logistics Management
From initial brief to day-of delivery, we manage all staffing, scheduling, rostering, and logistics. You provide the brief and the space. We take care of the rest.

Our team reviews your brief and comes back with a detailed proposal covering staffing, carer ratios, program structure, equipment, logistics, and pricing. We work within your timeline and budget wherever possible.
We Confirm & Prepare
Once you approve the proposal, we handle all staffing, rostering, equipment, and logistical preparation. We liaise with your event or venue team directly to ensure seamless integration with your program.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum or maximum number of children you can accommodate?
ChildWorx is scalable from small group bookings through to large public events. We maintain appropriate carer-to-child ratios at all times and staff accordingly. Please include your estimated child numbers in your enquiry and we will confirm staffing requirements in our proposal.
What ages of children do you cater for?
We cater for children from infancy through to approximately 12 years of age across our corporate programs. Age-appropriate programming, ratios, and activities are applied for different age groups. Please specify the age breakdown of expected children when enquiring.
Do you supply equipment and materials, or does the venue need to provide them?
ChildWorx sources all age-appropriate toys, games, and activity materials required for the session. We set up and pack down the childcare space entirely. Your venue simply needs to provide an appropriate, safe space of sufficient size for the number of children expected.
Can you provide safety documentation for our compliance requirements?
Yes. We can provide safety protocols, emergency procedures, and relevant documentation to support your organisation’s WHS and compliance requirements. Please flag this in your enquiry and we will ensure the appropriate documentation is included in your proposal.
Do you offer ongoing or recurring programs, or only one-off events?
Both. ChildWorx works with organisations on one-off events as well as recurring programs, such as school holiday workplace care, regular family-friendly team days, or ongoing community engagement initiatives. Multi-event and program pricing is available.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for larger events, multi-day programs, or events during school holidays when demand is higher. That said, we will always do our best to accommodate enquiries received at shorter notice. Contact us to discuss your timeline.
