How do you select your carers?
Every carer goes through a rigourous multi-step process including a personal interview with our team, police clearance, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certification, and reference checking. We don’t just verifty wqualifications, we assess warmth, character, and genuine suitability for working with children. If a carer doesn’t meet our standards, they don’t join our team!
What areas of Perth do you service?
We service families across Perth and wider Western Australia. If your unsure whether we cover your area, please reach out. We wil always let you know what’s possible.
How quickly can care be arranged?
We aim to confirm bookings within 24-48 busines hours of your enquiry. Please note we are not taking last minute/urgent bookings at this stage unless we have a pre-arranged agreement in place.
